Manage Certificate Maturity Options Anytime Through Digital Banking

American Eagle Financial Credit Union is making it easier than ever for members to manage their Certificates. Members can now review and complete Certificate maturity options directly through Digital Banking, including Online Banking and the AEFCU Mobile App.

This new feature provides a convenient, streamlined experience that allows members to manage eligible personal, non-IRA Certificates without needing to visit a branch or contact the Member Contact Center.

What You Can Do

When your eligible Certificate reaches its maturity window, you can take action directly within Digital Banking by:

• Adding funds from an internal account to a Certificate
• Transferring funds from an internal account to a Certificate
• Closing a Certificate and transferring the funds to an internal account
• Renewing a Certificate with a new term

Accessing the Feature

Members can find Certificate maturity options under the Accounts menu in Digital Banking by logging in.

Important Changes

As part of this enhancement, the mail-in Certificate maintenance option will no longer be available.

Members will now be able to complete Certificate maintenance through:

• Accessing Digital Banking
• Calling the Member Contact Center
• Visiting any branch

For IRA Certificates, members should continue to call the Member Contact Center or visit a branch for assistance.

Members approaching their Certificate maturity date will receive information about their available options through their Certificate Maturity Letter and email communications.
