The Wellness FCU online banking and mobile app has been disabled and you no longer have access to your account. Starting November 12, please register for American Eagle FCU's Online Banking and Mobile App.
Will I have access to my Wellness FCU estatements and account history?
See above section titled 'Account Statement and Transaction History'. You can request statements from American Eagle FCU.
What will happen with my existing automatic bill payments?
You will need to set them up in the American Eagle FCU bill payment system. See menu item 'Bill Pay' in the drop down menu on this page for instructions.
Will Wellness FCU branches still be open?
The Wellness FCU branch located at 15 Van Dyke Ave. and the branch located inside Hartford Hospital will remain open with the same hours of service. Former Wellness FCU staff will continue to staff the branches and service the members.

How do I make my loan payment?
Beginning November 12, consumer loan (personal loans, auto loans, and home equity) payments can be made using American Eagle FCU Online and Mobile Banking, online at americaneagle.org, at any American Eagle FCU branch, by phone, or by mailing your payment.
As an American Eagle FCU member, you will receive a monthly statement for your loan. The mailing address will be on the statement.
All existing direct deposits and scheduled payments will continue to be processed without interruption for a period of time. However, anyone who is sending you a direct deposit or taking a scheduled payment should be notified of your new American Eagle FCU account number and routing number 211176891 to avoid interruption.
Will my direct deposit continue?

Will my WFCU scheduled distributions continue?
No. Starting on November 12, loan payments (and other distributions or transfers) that were previously set up will need to be re-established using American Eagle FCU online banking.

Yes, you may continue to use your Wellness FCU checks for a limited time. We encourage you to order new checks after November 12, at which time we will provide you with one complimentary order with your new account number. Will I continue to have Courtesy Pay?
Wellness FCU’s overdraft protection plan (Courtesy Pay) will no longer be available after conversion. American Eagle FCU’s Overdraft Protection plan
has been activated on accounts that qualify.
Will I receive my 2024 tax statements?
Yes, American Eagle FCU will mail your full-year 2024 tax statements in early 2025.
What will happen with my Auto GAP & Mechanical Repair Coverage (MRC)?
Your auto GAP & MRC will remain in effect.
What will happen to my CUNA Life Insurance?
Your CUNA Life Insurance will remain in effect. We will notify you if there are changes in how you pay your premium.
What happens to my CUNA Credit Life & Disability Loan Insurance?
Members with CUNA Credit Life & Disability loan insurance were mailed a letter in early September with changes. If you did not receive the letter and you have loan insurance, please contact American Eagle FCU Loan Phone Center Support 800.842.0145.

What will happen to my Visa Credit Card?
Your WFCU Visa Credit Card to a new AEFCU Platinum Rewards Visa® Credit Card. Your current balance at the time of the transfer will be protected at your current rate. Future purchases on your AEFCU Credit Card will be subject to a variable rate as outlined in the disclosure. For more information, please review the frequently asked questions below.

Will my Annual Percentage Rate (APR) be changing?
Existing balances — at the time of conversion — will be protected at your current WFCU account rate. If you opt-in to AEFCU’s terms and conditions to obtain a Visa® Platinum Rewards card, your APR on new purchases, cash advances, and balance transfers will be a variable rate, currently at 15.90%.
Will my Visa® Account Number change?
Yes, your Visa account number will change.
If you opted out of receiving an AEFCU card, you should make payments to the new account number to pay the remaining balance.
If you opted in to receive an AEFCU card, you should have your new card by November 9, 2024. You may activate and begin using your AEFCU card. Please be sure to update any recurring transactions (gym memberships, Internet service providers, satellite radio, etc.) or payments you have set up.
Will I get to keep my WFCU ScoreCard rewards points?
If you opted-in to receive an AEFCU card, your points will be transferred to your new account.
Will my payment due date be changing?
Yes, your account cycle/statement date will be moving from the 13th to the 14th of each month starting November 14. Your payments will be due by 5:00 p.m. on the 12th of each month. Please review your statements carefully.
Will the address I send my payment to each month be changing?
Yes, your payment address will change. Beginning with the statement you receive in November, the payment address will be: American Eagle Financial Credit Union, PO Box 104, Brattleboro, VT 05302-0104.
If I don’t make my payment by the due date, will my payment be made automatically from my Checking or Savings account?
Automatic payments are available with your AEFCU account. This is a feature you must enroll in once an AEFCU account number has been assigned. Automatic payments will not be a feature of your account unless you enroll using one of the options listed in the next section.
Will my automatic transfers to my credit card still work?
No. Please update your automatic payments using one of the options below to ensure timely payments.
Your self-service options (Not available for those who opt-out):
- From an AEFCU Checking or Savings account – Set up a recurring transfer (fixed amount only) using AEFCU online banking.
- From an external Checking or Savings account – Click the Details and Rewards link next to your Credit Card in your AEFCU online banking account to access eZCard and set up a recurring payment for the minimum amount due, the full statement balance, or a fixed amount.
Call or visit AEFCU to enroll in automatic payments from your AEFCU Checking or Savings account and choose to pay either a fixed amount, the minimum payment due, or the statement balance.
Can I get a higher credit limit on my Visa®?
Yes. AEFCU offers cards ranging from $500 to $30,000, depending upon your qualifications. You may apply for an AEFCU Visa® credit line increase by phone, fax, mail, online, or in person.
After I get my AEFCU Visa® Platinum Rewards, can I change to a Visa® Platinum or Signature card?
Yes, AEFCU offers a variable rate Visa® Platinum card, currently as low as 15.15% APR and a variable rate Visa Signature card, currently as low as 16.15% APR. You may apply online, over the phone, or at any AEFCU branch. If you’re approved, your existing balance will move to the new account.
