There are two methods that members can use within American Eagle’s Online Banking platform to transfer funds electronically to another financial institution.

Please log into Online Banking and send a secure message to American Eagle with wiring instructions from the recipients financial institution including:
International Wire Transfers - Outgoing
Please log into Online Banking and send a secure message to American Eagle with wiring instructions from the recipient’s financial institution (FI) below. These are the minimum requirements for IBAN-participating countries. Other requirements may apply. An American Eagle representative will contact you if there are additional questions.

You'll need the following information to get started:
If you opened your account in a branch, you will have a purple card with your 10-digit Member Number written on the back in your opening package.
If you opened your account online, you would have received an email with a link containing your Member Number.
If you cannot find your Member Number, please call our Member Contact Center at 800.842.0145 and be prepared to answer security questions and provide your ID.
