Update your contact information right inside Online Banking. Once logged in, click "Profile & Settings." You will have the ability to change your address, phone number, email address, user ID, password and security information. Changes are effective immediately.
Helpful Tip: In the address change field, you will see three phone number fields with your current home, work, and cell phone numbers. If, for any reason, these fields show all zeros, delete the zeros and either fill in a new number, duplicate the number from one of your other fields, or leave it blank. The system will not accept all zeros.
There are a couple of ways you can add a joint to your account(s).
1. Stop by one of our branch locations with the joint owner. They can be added to the account(s) that same day.
2. Alternatively, we can send the necessary paperwork via mail or email for you both to sign and return. If the additional owner is not a current member of the credit union, we also need a copy of their valid government issued ID. You can chat with us online, or send us a secure message in Online Banking to request the paperwork.
Helpful Tip: Once a joint owner is added to the account, they cannot be removed without closing the account.
Once you have your government-issued photo ID updated with your new name, please send a secure message when logged in to your Online Banking account. One of our representatives will send the necessary information to complete the update remotely.
If you do not have your updated photo ID, you may visit a branch with your original/certified copies documenting the change, such as a marriage certificate, and your current photo ID. While there, you will sign a name change form and an order will be placed for a replacement debit card with your new name.
