• Download the American Eagle FCU app form Apple's App Store or Google Play.
  • You must first sign up for Online Banking to use the Mobile Banking App.
  • Log into Mobile Banking using your Online Banking credentials.
  • When you sign onto Mobile Banking, you'll see the picture you selected when you registered for Online Banking.
  • If you don't recognize the picture, verify that you entered your User ID correctly. If your User ID is correct but the picture is still wrong, call our Member Contact Center at 860.568.2020.

he user’s device must be set up for either Touch ID or Face ID prior to setting up the app to use that feature.

  • ​After downloading the AEFCU mobile app, login using your User ID, then Password.
  • From the landing page, click on the menu button on the top right.
  • Select Profile & Settings
  • Select User Profile, then Biometric Enrollment
  • Enroll the device by assigning a name and entering the User ID and Password
  • You will receive a confirmation of the enrollment and can view the device enrollment information in the Biometric Device Management screen
  • The next time you open the app, you will be prompted to use biometric authentication.
  • To unenroll from biometric authentication, select the “Unenroll” option in the Biometric Enrollment screen or click on the red X to delete the device from the Biometric Device Management screen.
  • View your current deposit and loan balances and recent account history
  • No need to enter login information
  • Control which accounts to display in Fast Balances
  • Disable the feature at any time.
  • No identifying numbers or names are displayed
  • Last five transactions on deposit accounts and some loans (does not include Visa and Mortgage history at this time).
  • Members can now set up, edit, and delete the same alerts and reminders that are available in online banking.
  • Reminder alerts when bills need to be paid.
  • Balance alert when account balances are running low.
  • Check clearance alert that helps you keep track of processed payments.
  • Secure message alert when American Eagle FCU has important information for you.
  • We'll send a message to let you know your deposit was accepted. You'll receive an on-screen number and email confirmation.
  • Don't destroy the actual check until you are positive the deposit was credited to your account. We suggest keeping the check for at least 60 days.
  • If you make a deposit before 2 p.m. on a business day, it will be credited by the end of the day. If the deposit is sent after the cutoff time, it will be credited by the end of the following business day.
  • All items deposited will have an automatic two-day hold. Longer hold times may apply.
  • You can scan up to a maximum of 10 checks per day, 20 per week, and 25 per month. There is also a dollar limit on deposits of $10,000 per week and $20,000 per month.
  • Checks that can't be deposited through Mobile Banking include third-party checks; checks for more than $10,000; checks payable to more than one individual where all parties are not signers on the American Eagle FCU account; money orders; any item issued by a financial institution in a foreign country or in foreign currency; any item that has folds or torn edges.
  • Our mobile service features multiple layers of security including password protection, internet firewalls and 128-bit encryption, the highest level of security available.

Follow these simple steps to send a private and secure message to the Credit Union's Member Contact Center.

  1. Log into American Eagle's Mobile Banking app.
  2. Select the hamburg menu at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Messages.
  4. Select the blue New Message button.
  5. Complete the Message Details screen.
  6. Select the blue Send button.

 A representative will respond to your request within 48 hours.
