Mobile App security is extremely important to protect your confidential information. 

  • When logging into the app, an extra layer of security will ask for authentication before being able to see your account balances
  • The authentication includes verifying your identity through a text message or phone call

Making a deposit on the go has never been easier with this feature. Simply select "Deposit a Check" on the bottom of the app and follow the step by step instructions to make a check deposit. 

  • If you make a deposit before 2 p.m. on a business day, it will be credited by the end of the day. If the deposit is sent after the cutoff time, it will be credited by the end of the following business day
  • All items deposited will have an automatic two-day hold. Longer hold times may apply
  • Our mobile service features multiple layers of security to make your banking on the go safe and secure

Setting up Touch or Face ID on with your mobile device is a simply process that makes accessing your Mobile Banking easier and secure. The type of mobile device and model will show if Touch or Face ID are available. If one of these options are already set up on your device for other applications, the option will how on the main login screen for the app. For step by step instructions visit here.

The Mobile App makes it simple to send and receive a private and secure message to the Credit Union's Member Contact Center. Simply tap on the envelope icon located in the top left corner of the app to see your messages or to send one. A representative will respond to your request within 48 hours. An alert will show up once you have a new message.
