American Eagle FCU will conduct routine system maintenance on Monday, Feb 6 from 8PM to approximately 2AM on Tuesday, Feb 7. ATMs, Video Teller Machines (VTMs) and Telephone Banking will be unavailable during this time. Allpoint and SUM Network ATMs will be available for use. You can find a location here. A Video Teller Machine is available on the first floor of the Engineering & Technology Center near the entrance to the cafeteria. Members can conduct business by two-way audio/video conversation with a Video Financial Representative stationed at our Member Contact Center. Transactions include deposits, cash withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing. If it's after business hours, you can always access your accounts through Online Banking and our Mobile Banking app.

You'll need the following information to get started:
If you opened your account in a branch, you will have a purple card with your Account Number written on the back in your opening package.
If you opened your account online, a confirmation page would have been presented with a link containing your Account Number.
If you cannot find your Account Number, please call our Member Contact Center at 800.842.0145 and be prepared to answer security questions and provide your ID.
