It's Easy, Enroll by Phone!
1. Dial 860.568.3802 or 800.843.1151.
2. Press 1, then enter your Member Information Number followed by
the # sign.
3. Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) followed by the #
sign.
First-time users enter the last four (4) digits of your
Social Security Number followed by
the # sign. For security reasons you will be required to
change your PIN.
