The higher your average balance, the greater your dividend rate! With a minimum opening deposit of $2,000, you can access your money when you need it. This flexible savings account allows you to make withdrawals, transfers, or deposits any time. Current rates and terms. Certificates Earn higher rates by locking your funds into a federally insured certificate account with terms from 3 months to 60 months. A minimum $1,000 is required. There is a seven day grace period following the maturity of a certificate account, during which you may withdraw the funds without being charged a penalty. There is a penalty for early withdrawal.
