PETER MELLY- BUSINESS SERVICES MANAGER

Peter Melly is the Business Services Manager for American Eagle FCU. He is responsible for the strategic leadership of Business Banking and oversees the Business Banking department at the Credit Union.

Mr. Melly has nearly 30 years of small business and commercial finance experience with firms including Barclays Business Credit, CBT, Bank of Boston, Eagle Bank, Webster Bank, Farmington Savings Bank, and Bank of America.

Mr. Melly received a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs from the United States Air Force Academy. He has an MBA in Finance from the UCONN Graduate School of Business and an MA in International Law and Diplomacy with a concentration in Economics from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.

BILL McCLUSKEY - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT COMMERCIAL LENDING

Bill McCluskey represents CU Business Capital, LLC. (CUBC) as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending. CUBC has partnered with American Eagle Federal Credit Union to offer deposit, loan, and cash management services to qualified businesses.

Bill is responsible for originating and servicing Commercial Real Estate and Business Loans to American Eagle members and assisting the Credit Union in attracting new business members.

Bill brings nearly 20 years of diversified commercial banking and finance expertise with such firms as HSBC, Key Bank, and First Horizon Construction Lending. Bill is experienced in Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Lending, Business Development, and Cash Management. He earned his B.S. Degree in Finance from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA.

GEORGE FINCH - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

George Finch is the Business Development Officer for American Eagle Federal Credit Union. He has over 33 years of experience in the credit union industry including operations, membership services, and business development.

George can also offer first-hand experience having previously owned and managed the day-to-day operations of his own small business.
