DEPOSIT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (IRA

$16.09 - $26.19
BASIC FUNCTIONS
-
Performs quality control
by reviewing daily reports pertaining to member information
in the MISER system.
-
Supports the daily
operations of the Deposit Services area to ensure prompt and efficient
service.
-
Provides support for
functions related to savings, checking, IRA, ATM/Debit card processing,
command call, home banking, and bill pay.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Responsible for the daily
review of new member information report pertaining to the MISER Relationship
Central Information File (RCIF).
-
Sets
up and maintains member records. Responds to inquiries from members and
makes inquiries of members for needed information when necessary.
Establishes or sets up mailings – seasonal or alternate addresses.

Resolves/rectifies
duplicate member records.
-
Responsible for correcting
new member information entered in error in the MISER system.

Conducts thorough review
of daily RCIF reports such as:

New customer
information report

New customer with no
accounts report

Statement link report
-
Statement link
exception report
-
Duplicate suspect
report
-
Dupresolver report
-
Customer maintenance
report
-
Seasonal address
maintenance report
-
Performs RCIF clean-up
as necessary
-
Provides support for
functions relating to savings, checking, IRA, ATM/Debit card processing,
command call, home banking, and bill pay when necessary.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as directed by
management.

fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.

Ability to operate a personal computer with a high level of proficiency in
such software applications as word processing, spreadsheets, Internet, in
–house financial system and E-mail, and Odinview. Ability to
operate a fax, calculator, copier, and check encoder.
